  • Report Within 24 Hours – If your product arrives damaged, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear images of the damage.

  • Return & Resolution – Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return and offer either a replacement or repair of the product based on your preference.
